After exiting the arrival lobby on the first floor of the domestic terminal, cross the pedestrian crossing to the area where Nakashima is located, then proceed to rental car shuttle bus stop ⑭. Please contact our office once you arrive at shuttle bus stop ⑭, and we will dispatch the waiting shuttle vehicle.

Rental Day
・ Check-in & Briefing
We will finalize the rental contract.
Please present the driver's licenses of all drivers.
We will explain the "Important Notices" regarding the use of the rental car.

Together, we will check the condition of the rental car, including any existing scratches or damages. (The car will be provided with a full tank of gas.)

Return Day
Please fill up the gas tank at the nearest gas station before returning the car.

Once you arrive at our office, please give us a call.

A staff member holding a "Cerulean Rental Car" sign will be waiting near the aquarium at exit ③ of the arrival lobby on the 1st floor of the domestic flight. Staff will guide you until the parking lot, which is about a 5-minute walk.

●After 9/25
Once you exit the arrival lobby on the 1st floor of the domestic flight, come to rental car shuttle bus stop ⑭ across the crosswalk. Contact our office after you arrive and will send the shuttle to pick you up at shuttle bus stop ⑭.

[About insurance/compensation system]
In the unlikely event that an accident occurs, the amount you will have to pay and the compensation system that will be waived are listed below.

(An accident means any slight damage to the vehicle or damage to other people or property.)

This is the content of the optional insurance that the rental vehicle has. Please check the deductible amount, etc.

We will compensate the amount of damages for injuries (including death and after-effects) caused by a car accident to a passenger, regardless of the driver's percentage of fault.

*However, this does not apply to accidents that fall under the disclaimers of the insurance terms and conditions, accidents that violate the rental terms and conditions, and cases where there is no report to the police. This will be the responsibility of the customer.

[Non-operation charge (NOC)]
If you cause an accident while using your vehicle and cause damage to the vehicle, you will be required to pay a ''non-operation charge'' as part of your compensation for lost work while the vehicle is being repaired, regardless of the duration of the repair or the extent of the damage.

[In case of an accident]
Be sure to take the following actions.
・If there is another party involved in the accident, please contact the police or our office (or your insurance company if it is outside business hours), even if you are involved in an accident alone.
・If there is another party, be sure to ask for their name, contact information, insurance company name, and name of the person in charge.

[★Disclaimer compensation system★]
In the unlikely event that an accident occurs, you will be responsible for the deductible amount ① (up to 50,000 to 100,000 yen each) listed in the insurance details above. (Compensation system that exempts deductible)

If you pay the following exemption fee and join the exemption system, the exemption amount will be waived in the event of an accident.

You can also be exempted from NOC by joining the compensation system.

・Safety compensation fee: 880 yen per day

[Cases where the compensation system is not applicable]
In the following cases, the customer will be responsible for the full amount, even if they have subscribed to the compensation system.
*Accidents caused by violations of road traffic laws such as drunk driving, unlicensed driving, speeding, reckless driving, etc.
(Customer will be responsible for all damages)

*Battery troubles due to tire punctures, bursts, forgetting to turn off lights, doors left ajar, etc. (market price)
*Incorrect gasoline
*Lost or damaged keys (current value)
*Loss of foil cap or damage to the extent that it cannot be used next time (market price)
* Burnt seats due to cigarettes, etc. (market price), other dirt and odor inside the car (market price)
*If you extend the rental time without permission and cause an accident
*An accident caused by a driver who is not registered as a driver, or an accident that occurs when sub-renting the car to another person.
*Accidents caused by using a mobile phone or staring at the navigation system.
*If a stolen vehicle is reported to the police (in a situation where the keys were left unattended and the customer was not at fault in any way), we will compensate for the damage to the vehicle. Theft or loss of luggage will not be covered.)
*Accidents that occur outside of roads and parking lots.
★We will not respond to any problems that arise when using the service outside of Okinawa's main island (excluding cases where the service is connected by a bridge).

Cancellation policy

If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
