Venue	The sea between Okinawa main island and Kerama islands.
Time required	Approximately 3 hours Maximum 3 hours. ※The time of return may change In the event of early whale spotting.

Pick up time might vary according to the number of customers using the pick up service, we recommend you getting by your own means to the port when possible. * The pick up place might not be the exactly same as you request. ●From Naha● Please enter the address as [Naha beach side hotel 那覇ビーチサイドホテル] to the navigation. When you arrive at the hotel's road, please follow it and you will arrive at the harbour. Take the parking ticket at the entrance. After taking the ticket, please enter about 100m to the right. You can find the waiting building. (The parking fee is up to 500 yen) ●From Chatan● Please enter the address. [Hamakawa port -Chatan cho Minato 4 (浜川漁港 - 北谷町港4)]to the navigation. ※Please pay the facility usage fee on-site (200 yen adults, 100 yen kids). * The time of return may change In the event of whales being spotted early. * During winter season, sea conditions might be extreme. Pregnant women or infants might not be able to join the tour under extreme sea conditions. We recommend you to take a sea sick medicine before the tour. * Since whales are wild animals and their behavior is not under our control, spotting them is not guaranteed. In that event, you might get a ① refund or ② try again. ① Refund （※Except 12/21 to 1/13 ) ② Try again「whale watching re-boarding」 Additionally, if one of the following conditions is met, the tour might be deemed as concluded: ●If a whale's blow is spotted from a long distance. ●If only part of the customers observe the whale. * Due to weather or sea conditions, the schedule is subject to change, or the tour might be cancelled. In that event, full refund or date change will be offered. * Aboard the wind is strong, so please come with coat or wind breaker. * Any passenger prone to seasickness should take the adequate medicine before starting the tour.Life jacket will be provided, please wear it at all times when riding the boat. * Before boarding, please read carefully our safety instructions.
