Between February 1, 2026 and March 15, 2026, we offer a full refund or free re-boarding if no whales are spotted. Outside of this period, No refunds neither reboarding will be provided.

Schedule	＜Whale watching＞ 08:30 Gather at Uminchu Wharf 09:00 Departure ～ Up to 3 hours of whale watching ～ ※ Once whales are spotted, observation usually lasts about 1 hour. If whales are found early, the tour may finish sooner. Depending on sea conditions, whale behavior, or participants’ circumstances, the tour may also return to port earlier. ※ Please note that whale sightings are not guaranteed, as they are wild animals (see conditions in the precautions). ↓ Around 12:30 whale watching tour finish and back to the port ※Parking available at the meeting point (fees apply) ※Please pay the environmental contribution tax will be 300 yen per person (same for infants and children). ※The minimum numbers of participants is 15. If there are not enough participants, the tour will be cancelled. You will be informed if it is cancelled a day before.

Precautions	‐Online reservations are available until 23:00 on the day before the tour. 　‐If the minimum number of participants (15) is not reached, the tour will be cancelled. In some cases, the decision may be made the day before. 　‐The vessel may be changed without prior notice. 　‐For Guests Arriving by Car please enter the following address in your car navigation system: “Uminchu Wharf " 　‐The place may change to the place from across the marina (Hamagawa fishing port) in that case we will contact you the day prior the tour. 　‐Please pay the facility usage fee will be 300 yen per person (same for infants and children). 　‐As whales are wild animals, there may be occasions when they cannot be spotted. 　‐However, for tours held between February 1 and March 15, 2026, if no whales are sighted, we offer one of the following options:　　　　‐Full refund (bank transfer fee borne by the customer) 　　　‐Or free re-boarding during this periode 　　　‐This guarantee does not apply to the following periods – December 20, 2025 to January 31, 2026 and March 16 to April 5, 2026. 　‐We cannot offer compensation if any of the following apply: 　　　‐A blow (spout) was confirmed at a distance. 　　　‐At least 2 guests were able to see a whale. 　‐When whales are spotted, observation is expected to last approximately one hour in accord with the whale watching regulation in Okinawa to avoide stressing it.
