Guests staying in other areas must meet at the front entrance of Ishigaki Ferry Terminal. If you request hotel pick-up, we will inform you of your pick-up time on the evening before the tour. Depending on the season and local conditions on the day, meeting and dismissal times may vary. Tours are held even in the rain. However, if it is determined that the field conditions are unsafe, the tour may be canceled. There are no changing rooms or restrooms at the tour site. Please make sure to use the restroom and change clothes beforehand. Guests weighing over 90 kg are not eligible to participate. The following individuals cannot participate: Those with pacemakers or heart conditions Those with respiratory illnesses (e.g., asthma) Those with mental health conditions (e.g., epilepsy, dementia, developmental disorders, panic disorders) Those with cardiovascular or cerebrovascular conditions Those who are intoxicated or hungover on the day of the tour Those with physical disabilities Pregnant individuals If any of the above conditions are discovered on the day of the tour, participation will be denied and no refund will be provided.
