Fish must be of a certain size to be prepared as sashimi or cooked dishes. The captain may determine which fish can be taken home. Smaller fish are often released back into the sea.

Please arrange directly with the restaurant. Availability may be limited, and preparation may not be possible depending on the restaurant’s capacity or your catch.
