Precautions	[Information and notes on the day] Please pay the Tokashiki Village Environmental Cooperation Tax of ¥100 per person (high school students and above) at the reception on the day. Whales are wild animals and we cannot guarantee that you will see them 100% of the time. (Previous year's encounter rate: 90%) Please note that even if you are unable to see the tour, we will not be able to refund you or reboard the ship. If the minimum number of participants (10 or more adults) is not reached, the tour may be canceled as late as the day before. Please note that depending on bad weather or ocean conditions, we may not land on Tokashiki Island or points may change due to safety considerations. Persons with circulatory or respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnant women, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disorders, hangovers, or drinking alcohol on the day of the event will not be able to participate. Also, depending on your health condition on the day, you may not be able to participate. In that cases refund will not be issu. For minors (until 19 years old), a guardian's signature and a consent form is required. The venue may be changed or canceled due to bad weather or ocean conditions. When applying, please be sure to read the travel conditions. [For those arriving by car] If you are arriving by rental car, please search your car navigation for "Naha Beach Side Hotel". Once you arrive at Naha Beach Side Hotel, follow the road that passes by and you will arrive at the Miegusuku Port entrance. Please enter through the parking lot gate and go to the waiting area with the white triangular roof to the right. Parking fee is 500 yen/car. [Whale watching tour notes] Please note that the time may change depending on the whales location and timing. The waves in Okinawa's sea in winter, are higher than in summer. Infants and elderly people may be refused boarding depending on sea conditions. Pregnant women are not allowed to participate for safety reasons as the vibrations of the ship's engine might have a negative impact. Since whales are wild animals, you may not be able to see them.
