※Minimum number of participants: 10 If the minimum number is not met, the tour will be canceled. Decisions may be made the day before, so please understand in advance.

＜Regarding Whale Tour Pick-Up Service＞
Service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, so if fully booked, pick-up may not be available.
If you have a car, it is recommended to go directly to the port.
On Sundays, as Kokusai Street becomes a pedestrian zone, pick-up may be arranged at an alternative location.
＜For Guests Arriving by Car＞
Please set your car navigation system to “Naha Beachside Hotel.”
After reaching the Naha Beachside Hotel, continue straight along the road and you will arrive at the Miegusuku Port entrance.
Enter the parking gate and proceed to the white triangular-roofed waiting area located at the far right.
※Parking fee: ¥500 per vehicle.
＜Whale Watching Tour Important Notes＞

Whales are wild animals, so there may be occasions when they cannot be spotted. Please understand this in advance.
if no whales are sighted during the period February 1 – March 15, 2026, one of the following options will be provided:

・For refunds, bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
※The above offer does not apply to tours between December 20, 2025 – January 31, 2026 and March 16 – April 5, 2026.
However, The offer will not apply if any of the following conditions are met:
●A distant blow (spout) was observed
●at least 2 participant were able to spot whales

・The tour schedule may vary depending on whale sighting conditions.
・When whales are spotted, observation is expected to last approximately one hour in accord with the whale watching regulation in Okinawa to avoide stressing it. Depending on sea conditions, whale activity, and the situation of all participants, the tour may return to port earlier.
・During winter, when whales arrive, Okinawa’s seas tend to be rougher than in summer. For infants, toddlers, and elderly passengers, boarding may be refused depending on sea conditions.
・Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate due to the potential impact of engine vibrations on safety.
・Tours may be canceled or rescheduled due to weather conditions.
・In the event of tour cancellation due to bad weather or other conditions, we will contact you. Refunds will be issued on the card you used to pay; however, bank transfer fees for weather-related cancellations will be borne by the customer.
・Please prepare your own warm and waterproof clothing.
・If you are prone to seasickness, we recommend taking motion sickness medication.
・For safety, life jackets must be worn.
・Due to ship facilities and safety reasons, wheelchair users are not permitted to participate in this tour.

If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
