Precautions

Precautions Online Reservations

Online bookings accepted until 11:00 p.m. the day before.

For reservations made after 3:00 p.m., pick-up is NOT available for Naha departures. Even if you select the pick-up option, you must come directly to the meeting point.

Even for reservations made before 3:00 p.m., pick-up may be fully booked.

Minimum Participants

Naha departure: 10 people

Chatan departure: 15 people
If the minimum is not met, the tour will be canceled (possible same-day decision).

Other Notes

The vessel may change without notice.

Pick-Up Service (Naha Only)

Free pick-up available for Naha departures, first-come, first-served.

If you have a rental car, please come directly to the port.

On Sundays (Kokusai Street pedestrian zone), an alternative pick-up point may be assigned.

Arriving by Rental Car (Naha)

Set navigation to “Naha Beachside Hotel.”
Continue past the hotel to Miegusuku Port entrance.
Enter the parking gate → go to the white triangular-roof waiting area on the far right.
Parking: ¥500 per vehicle

Whale Watching – Important Notes

Whales are wild animals; sightings are not guaranteed.

Special offer (Feb 1 – Mar 15, 2026 only):

If no whales are seen: Refund OR Free re-boarding

Refunds exclude the Churaumi Aquarium ticket value (¥1,960 adults / ¥630 students)

Bank transfer fees at customer’s expense

Offer does NOT apply if:

A distant blow (spout) was seen

At least two participants spotted whales

Not applicable for tours between Dec 20, 2025 – Jan 31, 2026 and Mar 16 – Apr 5, 2026

Observation time after spotting whales: about 1 hour (may be shorter depending on sea/whale conditions or participant safety).

Winter seas can be rough; infants, toddlers, and elderly participants may be refused boarding.

Pregnant guests cannot join for safety reasons.

Tours may be canceled or rescheduled due to weather. Refunds for weather cancellations will be via bank transfer (fees paid by customer).

Please bring warm, waterproof clothing.

If prone to seasickness, please take medication in advance.

Life jackets required for all participants.

Please make sure to read the travel terms and conditions when booking.
Cancellation policy

If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.

Day before the reservation date・・・50% of the original price
