持参するもの	On the swimsuit wear, bath towel, sunscreen, shoes, please bring by yourself. After the tour, there are shower next to the shop.

注意事項	1.Business hours（Weekday：9:30～18:30/ Weekend&Holiday：9:30～17:00） 2.Because the safety problem, the passenger who more than 65 years old cannot join the tour. Please understand it. 3.It is o condition that must to prepayment.Please pay with credit card if you do not live in Japan. 4.Circulatory system, respiratory system disease, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnant, epilepsy, diabetes, liver failure, hangover, who is like drinking all day, does not offer participation. In addition,due to the health condition of the day, we may not be able to join us. 5.At the time of your application, please inform the customer's mobile number, age, height, weight, foot size, degrees with mask, hotel`s name. 6.On the swimsuit wear, bath towel, sunscreen, shoes, please bring by yourself. After the tour, there are shower next to the shop. 7.The minority need a signature of the guardian to consent. The children under 12 years old have to join the tour with parents. 8.There are no pick-up service. Please go to the meeting place by yourself. 9.If the waves are calm, it is possible to do snorkeling even raining. 10.Depends on the sea conditions, if the condition is bad the tour may be cancel. 11.We can accept the foreign who can understand japanese. 12.Before you make a reservation, please read the travel conditions statement.
キャンセルポリシー	お客様のご都合により、ご予約を変更、キャンセルされる場合は、下記キャンセル料または変更手数料を頂戴いたします。なお、ご返金の際の振込手数料はお客様ご負担となりますので、ご了承下さい。ご利用日の前日より起算して10日～8日前・・・代金の20％ご利用日の前日より起算して7日～2日前・・・代金の30％ご利用日の前日・・・代金の50％ご利用日当日・・・代金の100％
