Cancellation Policy

- Multiple buses will operate. Each departure point will use a different bus, so if members of the same group board from different locations, they will most likely be on separate buses. Thank you for your understanding.
[Notes & Guidelines]
- There is no free viewing area. Guests without a paid seating ticket must watch the event from within the park.
- Prohibited items: bottles, drones (including RC devices), radios, and other remote-controlled equipment. Selfie sticks are also not allowed.
- Buses will depart on time. Please make sure not to be late for boarding or return departure times.
- Seating on the bus may be shared. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please inform us in advance if you wish to change your boarding location.
- Buses will not stop at all boarding points. You will generally be required to get off at the same location where you boarded.
- Fireworks times may be subject to change.
- Food stalls will be available at the venue, but heavy crowds are expected.
- There will be no bus guide; a tour conductor will assist you.
- Schedules may vary slightly due to traffic conditions.
- Smoking is not permitted on the bus.
- Eating on the bus is not allowed.
- Heavy traffic is expected both to and from the venue, and return times may be late at night.

In case of cancellation due to bad weather, the tour will also be canceled and refunded. Bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
If the event is canceled midway due to weather, no refunds will be issued. - Please take precautions against heatstroke, especially for young children, elderly guests, and pregnant women.

<Paid Area Notes>
- Seating in the paid fireworks area is non-reserved (free seating). Guests must secure their own seats.
- “Front block guaranteed” in the bus tour area refers to seats within the first 5 rows.
- Each block consists of 50 seats (5 rows × 10 seats), with 4 blocks (200 seats) reserved for the bus tour front area.
- Seating layout may change depending on the venue, and seats may be located beyond the 5th row.
- Seating within the front block is still free seating; guests must secure their own spots.
- Children under 2 years old do not have seats on the bus or at the venue. They must sit on a guardian’s lap.
- One child under 2 is free per paying adult. Additional children will be charged the child rate.

- Dining time is 50 minutes.
- Session 1: 18:10 – 19:00
- Session 2: 18:20 – 19:10
- Guests will be assigned to one of the two sessions. You cannot choose your time. The tour conductor will inform you on the day.
- Times may change.
- If you arrive late at the meeting time, your dining time will be shortened.
