Beginners are Welcome!The activities are conducted in relatively shallow waters (approximately 1.5 to 2 meters deep), making it safe for beginners to participate. Our instructors provide friendly guidance, and anyone from ages 1 to 75 in good health can join.
Note:
Sea turtles are wild animals, and there might be occasions when they cannot be seen due to sea conditions. Please understand that refunds are not available if sea turtles are not sighted.
The beach location may change depending on the sea conditions on the day of the tour. We will inform you of the meeting place by 7 PM the day before.

Cancellation Policy
If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation 8-10 days before reservation date・・・20% of the original price
Cancellation 2-7 days before the reservation date・・・30% of the original price
Day before the reservation date・・・50% of the original price
On the reservation date・・・100% of the original price
Precautions
Weather & Sea Conditions: The tour may be canceled due to weather or sea conditions. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Group Tour: This is a shared tour with other guests, with a maximum of 10 participants. (Drone photos and videos are taken separately for each group.)

No Shuttle Service: Please proceed directly to the designated meeting point, as no shuttle service is provided.

Meeting Point Details: The exact meeting location will be sent via WhatsApp or email by 7:00 PM on the day before the tour. (Approx. 20–30 minutes by car from the city.)

Multiple Activity Locations: Clear SUP and snorkeling take place at different beaches. Participants are responsible for their own transportation between locations.

Drone Photography: Drone shooting is not available in rainy conditions. However, the snorkeling tour will proceed as scheduled.

Health Restrictions: Participation is not permitted for individuals with cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, high blood pressure, otitis media, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disorders, hangovers, those who have consumed alcohol on the day, or pregnant women. If any of these conditions are identified on the day of the tour, participation will be denied without refund.

Android users: Files will be shared via Google Drive within 2–3 days.

Facilities: There are no restroom or shower facilities at the activity locations. Showers are available at the shop in Hirara.

What to Bring: Please arrive wearing your swimsuit. Bring a towel and water-friendly footwear.

Safety: Life jackets must be worn at all times during the snorkeling activity.
