Reservation Requirements
Advance reservation and prepayment are required.
On the day of rental, all drivers must present a valid driver’s license and passport. Copies will be taken for verification purposes.
If you hold an international driving permit (Geneva Convention), please ensure you bring all required documents.

A complimentary shuttle service is available to and from hotels in Naha City and Naha Airport.
This service is available only for customers booking 2 days or more.
Naha Airport Pick-up Instructions
After exiting the Domestic Arrivals Lobby on the 1st floor, please cross the pedestrian crossing and proceed to Rental Car Shuttle Bus Stop No. 14.
Upon arrival, kindly contact our office, and we will dispatch the shuttle to pick you up.

Pick-up time will be arranged according to your rental start time. We will contact you on the evening prior to your rental date.
[Insurance & Compensation System]
In the unlikely event of an accident, the customer’s liability and applicable compensation are outlined below.
(An “accident” includes minor vehicle damage as well as damage to third parties or property.)
Optional Insurance Coverage
Liability Coverage: Unlimited (includes compulsory automobile liability insurance)
Property Damage: Unlimited
① Deductible: ¥50,000
Vehicle Damage: Up to market value per accident
① Deductible: ¥50,000–¥100,000
Passenger Injury: Up to ¥30,000,000 per person
(Covers injuries, including death or permanent disability, regardless of driver fault)
Important Notes
Customers are responsible for costs such as tire damage, wheel cap loss, toll fees, and similar expenses.
Insurance will not apply in cases excluded under the policy terms, violations of rental conditions, or failure to report the accident to the police. In such cases, all costs will be borne by the customer.
[Non-Operation Charge (NOC)]
If the vehicle requires repairs due to an accident, a Non-Operation Charge (NOC) will be applied to compensate for business loss, regardless of repair duration or damage extent.
Vehicle is drivable: ¥20,000
Vehicle is not drivable: ¥50,000
The NOC applies even if the deductible waiver option is selected.
[In Case of an Accident]
Please take the following actions immediately:
Contact the police and our office (or your insurance provider outside business hours), even in the case of a single-vehicle accident
If another party is involved, obtain their name, contact details, insurance company, and representative information
[★ Deductible Waiver System ★]
Without enrollment, customers are responsible for the deductible amounts (¥50,000–¥100,000).
By enrolling, the deductible will be waived in the event of an accident.
Fee: ¥1,650 per day
(Includes liability insurance)
[★ Safe Compensation System ★]
By enrolling, the Non-Operation Charge (NOC) will also be waived.
Fee: ¥880 per day
[Cases Not Covered by Compensation Systems]
Even if enrolled, customers will be fully responsible in the following cases:
Violations of traffic laws (e.g. drunk driving, unlicensed driving, speeding, reckless driving)
Battery issues, flat tires, blowouts, leaving lights on, or doors open (actual cost)
Incorrect fuel usage
Lost or damaged keys (actual cost)
Loss or damage of wheel caps (actual cost)
Interior damage such as burnt seats, stains, or odors (e.g. from smoking)
Accidents during unauthorized rental extensions
Accidents caused by unregistered drivers or subleasing to third parties
Accidents caused by mobile phone use or distracted driving
Vehicle theft due to negligence (e.g. leaving keys unattended)
Vehicle damage may be covered; personal belongings are not insured
Accidents occurring off public roads or in non-designated areas
★ Coverage is not provided for incidents occurring outside Okinawa Main Island, except areas connected by bridge.
★ Transporting rental vehicles by ferry is strictly prohibited.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign the rental agreement. Please present valid driver’s licenses for all registered drivers. Our staff will also explain important usage guidelines and safety precautions.

The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel.
Return Day
Please refuel the vehicle at a nearby gas station before returning it.
