Precautions	If you come to the meeting point by car: 【Naha】 Search for "Naha Beach Side Hotel" (Map Code: 33 155 81888) on your car GPS or Google Maps. Once you see the Naha Beach Side Hotel is on your right, just follow that same road until you reach the entrance of the parking. Then, you can get your parking ticket (500 yen per day). Enter the port and turn right until you see a small building. The building is our meeting point. 【Chatan】(not available from 7/20 to 8/31) Car navigation: Please enter the address: hamakawa port (chatan cho minato 4)「浜川漁港（北谷町港「ちゃたんちょうみなと」4）」 ※Free parking. ※Facility fee for adult (above 12 years old) ￥200/child ￥100. Please pay in cash on-site. [Information and Precautions on the Day] ・If the minimum number of participants do not reached, the tour may be cancelled. We will inform you the day before and arrange a full refund for you. ・Please bring your changing clothes and a bath towel on the day. ・Please pay the "Tokashiki Village Environmental Cooperation Tax" ¥100 per person (high school students and above) at the time of check-in. ・As the small boat and the shuttle bus on Tokashiki only hold limited capacity, please note you are not able to bring in luggage. ・Those aged below 5 and above 60 are not allowed to participate the tour due to safety reasons. ・Since the charter boat is a diving boat, there are no gangway for getting on and off the cruiser, and you need to step over from the quay to get on and off. If you are worried about your legs and knees, please refrain from applying for the tour for safety reasons. ・People which the following conditions will not be able to participate in this activity： Circulatory system or respiratory system diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, liver failure, hangover or under the influence of alcohol. In addition, accordingly to your health condition on the day of the activity, you might not be able to join us. There is no refund in these cases. ・Children under 18 years of age note participating with both parents/guardians must present a parents'/guardian's signature on the consent form. ・Showers and changing rooms are available at each beach. ・We have a limited number of lockers (500 yen each) at Aharen Beach and they are only available on a first-come first-serve basis. ・Depending on the sea and weather conditions on the day, the arrival time may be delayed and the time for staying at Tokashiki Island may be shortened. Refunds will not be given for this event. ・The tour may be cancelled due to bad sea conditions. In this case, we will contact you and offer you a full refund or a reschedule. ・The arrival time to the Port may vary due to the sea conditions. In the event that you miss a scheduled transport departure, it is your responsibility to arrange alternative transport at their own cost. ・This is a day tour. Please refrain from using it for overnight stay. ・Parasol and snorkel sets are available for rental at Aharen Beach. ・You will need to wear a life jacket when swimming or snorkeling with fins at the Beach. ・There are no seats for infants on the shuttle bus between Tokashiki Port and the beach and it will be asked to sit on the parents' laps. ・Please be sure to read the terms and conditions before applying. ・Sea turtles are wild animals. Depending on the sea conditions, you may not be able to see them and that refunds will not be given in that event. ・The snorkeling tour is for people aged 6 to 59. ・Please note that our instructor cannot respond to requests that disregard safety. If the instructor judge that there is potential danger for your actions, he may refuse your participation. ・ Depending on the sea conditions, the snorkelling will take place around uninhabited island instead of Tokashiku Beach. ・Prescription masks are limited in quantities and may not be available.
Cancellation policy	If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees.
