Cancellation Policy

If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation 8-10 days before reservation date・・・20% of the original price
Cancellation 2-7 days before the reservation date・・・30% of the original price
Day before the reservation date・・・50% of the original price
On the reservation date・・・100% of the original price

Precautions

For safety reasons, participants aged 60 and above are not allowed. Please understand.
Participants who plan to fly on the same day cannot participate in diving activities.
When applying, please provide the names, ages, genders, heights, weights, shoe sizes, visual acuity, and (for those interested in Fun Diving) the number of dives undertaken previously.
Participants interested in Fun Diving must have completed at least 5 dives before and must have dived within the last 6 months. Please inform us of your previous diving experiences and the date of your last dive when making a reservation.
Elementary school students must be accompanied by a guardian. Middle school students and minors require parental consent to participate.
Tours may be canceled due to adverse marine conditions. A decision will be made by 8:00 am on the day of the tour, and we will contact you accordingly.
Prescription lenses for underwater glasses are not provided with rental equipment. Please inform us at the time of booking if you require this.
Rental equipment is not included for Fun Diving. Full rental is available for ¥3,200 (payment on the day) if desired.
Fun Divers must carry their certification card.
Video recording during the whale shark program is strictly prohibited.
Please bring your swimwear and a bath towel.
Plans A to C: Changing rooms and hot/cold showers are free of charge; coin lockers are available for ¥100.
Individuals with chronic conditions such as heart disease, asthma or other respiratory diseases, ear/nose conditions, neurological or psychological disorders, musculoskeletal conditions, diabetes, or similar ailments cannot participate, even with a doctor's consent.
When applying, please be sure to read the terms and conditions thoroughly.

Remarks, others

As of March 25, 2023: Currently, Fun Diving is observed from outside the net, not inside:

Snorkeling: Observation from above the net (sea surface)
Experience Diving: Diving and observation from outside the net
Fun Diving: Observation involves diving deeper outside the net compared to Experience Diving.

Depending on the tour, the contents may be changed or canceled according to sea and weather conditions. In that case, we may contact you the day before, or in case of sudden change, on the same day as the tour.

Customers are responsible for managing their baggage and valuables. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the loss or theft of valuables. Please avoid bringing large amounts of cash and valuables to the tour as much as possible.
