    Multilingual GPS Audio Guide

    • Audio guidance is available in Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese (Mandarin, Hong Kong, and Taiwan).

    • The GPS-based system automatically provides information through audio and images as the bus approaches designated points of interest.

    • Wi-Fi is not available on the bus. Guests wishing to use this service must bring their own smartphone (iOS or Android) and earphones.

    • This service is provided free of charge. No refunds will be issued if the system is unavailable due to technical issues or other problems.

    • As a Japanese-speaking bus guide will provide live commentary through the bus microphone, guests using the audio guide may be assigned seats toward the rear of the bus in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation 8-10 days before reservation date・・・20% of the original price
Cancellation 2-7 days before the reservation date・・・30% of the original price
Day before the reservation date・・・50% of the original price
On the reservation date・・・100% of the original price

Precautions

*Reservations for one person are possible, but if the minimum number of participants (2 people) is not met, we will notify you by phone or email at least 7 days in advance if the tour is cancelled. Please understand this in advance. 

*Even if you are staying at a hotel other than the departure/arrival hotel, you can still board the bus. Please make your own way to the departure/arrival hotel. 

*Lunch is not included. Lunch at the Miyako Island Station is at your own expense. 

*There is no tour conductor; a bus guide will provide commentary. 

*If you are late for the meeting time, you will be considered to have missed the bus

*The itinerary may change due to traffic conditions, weather, temporary closures of facilities, etc. We will also notify you in advance if the tour is cancelled due to weather or other reasons. 

*Smoking is prohibited in all seats on the bus. Seats will be assigned. 

*Operating hours of tourist facilities may change. 

*If the number of participants is odd, you may be seated with other customers. 

*The tour may be operated using a bus other than the HIS-wrapped bus.
