Cancellation Policy
If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.

[Important Notes]
- If the minimum number of participants (10 or more) is not met, the tour may be canceled. The decision will be made 2-3 days in advance, and if the tour is not conducted, we will notify you.
- Due to road conditions on the day, the stay time at each sightseeing spot or the schedule may change. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
- Lunch is not included, so please have your meal during the free time at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium (approximately 150 minutes).
- Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
- Eating inside the vehicle is not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
- For those using a flight after the tour, please ensure there is at least a 2-hour window before your departure time. We are not responsible for missed flights due to traffic delays, so please be aware.
- For customers planning to shop at T Galleria, it is possible to disembark and end the tour there.
- The tour may be canceled due to bad weather. In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed via bank transfer, and the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
- If there are facilities that cannot be visited due to bad weather or other reasons, there will be no refund for the difference. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please make sure to read the travel conditions before applying.
[Regarding Audio Guidance]
- Automatic audio guidance is available on the bus.
- The automatic audio guidance system provides information when passing designated points via GPS. It can only be used inside the bus.
- A smartphone (iOS or Android) and earphones are required for use, so please bring them if you wish to use this service.
- The audio guidance uses location information to play. Please enable the GPS setting.
[On the Day of the Tour]
- There will be no signs at the meeting place, so please use the bus as a landmark. The bus is white with three blue stripes and "CERULEAN BLUE" written on the side.
- Seats may be shared with other passengers. Thank you for your understanding.
