Cancellation Policy

If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation 8-10 days before reservation date・・・20% of the original price
Cancellation 2-7 days before the reservation date・・・30% of the original price
Day before the reservation date・・・50% of the original price
On the reservation date・・・100% of the original price

Precautions

1. When making the booking, please let us know the representative's full name, mobile phone number, number of participants, desired course, desired date and time, and shoe size for everyone.
2. Please come in clothes that are ok getting wet.
3. Please bring a small towel and a hat.
4. Please prepare a change of clothes, beach sandals, and sunscreen if needed.
5. When gathering, please wear adeuate clothing already on for the SUP. You can change clothes after the SUP activity is over.
6. The schedule may be changed or canceled due to weather conditions and tides.
7. When applying, be sure to read the travel conditions.
