Cancellation Policy


  • If you wish to change or cancel your reservation due to your own circumstances, the following cancellation or change fees will apply.

  • 10 to 8 days prior to the service date: 20% of the total price
  • 7 days prior to the service date and after: 100% of the total price

      • Refunds will be made via bank transfer, and transfer fees are the customer’s responsibility.

      Precautions

      Age Restrictions

      • Water activities (including snorkeling): Ages 6 to 59 only
      • Cruise only (no water activities): No age restrictions

      ⚠️ Participation in the snorkeling tour is required to enter the water.

      • The guided snorkeling tour lasts approximately 40–50 minutes.
      • After the tour, you may continue swimming near the boat using the provided snorkeling equipment (included in the fee).

      BBQ Information

      • BBQ is available for groups of 5 or more (may require 10+ guests during peak seasons).
      • Smaller groups may still be accommodated—please inquire in advance.

      Standard BBQ Menu (example):

      • 200g marinated beef ribs
      • 1 pork belly skewer
      • 60g chicken thigh
      • 2 sausages
      • 100g mixed vegetables
      • Yakisoba (fried noodles)

      Menu is subject to change depending on ingredient availability.

      ⚠️ In case of cancellation due to sea conditions, BBQ fees are non-refundable.

      Additional Information

      • From Chatan Port, the following fees apply:
        • Facility usage fee: ¥300 per person
        • Visitor berth fee: ¥5,000 per group
      • If participating in water activities, please bring:
        swimsuit, towel, change of clothes, sandals, and sunscreen.
      • High heels are not permitted onboard.
      • Guests may bring their own food and drinks (¥3,000 handling fee applies).
      • Catering services are available upon request.

      ⚠️ Food and beverage fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation due to sea conditions.

      Safety & Policies

      • Swimming or snorkeling under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
      • If you are prone to seasickness, we recommend taking motion sickness medication in advance.
      • Guests are not permitted to operate the vessel.
      • Please bring appropriate clothing for cold or wet weather.

      Cancellations & Weather Policy

      • The tour may be canceled or rescheduled due to weather or sea conditions.
      • In case of cancellation due to weather, the tour fee will be fully refunded.
      • If meals were ordered, the meal cost will be deducted from the refund.

    • The schedule and required time shown are for reference only, and may vary depending on the weather and traffic conditions on the day.
    • If you plan to take a flight after the tour, please plan accordingly with a lot of margin time. We will not be responsible for any missed flights.
    • Depending on the tour, the contents may be changed or canceled according to sea and weather conditions. In that case, we may contact you the day before, or in case of sudden change, on the same day as the tour.
    • Customers are responsible for managing their baggage and valuables. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the loss or theft of valuables. Please avoid bringing large amounts of cash and valuables to the tour as much as possible.
