“A plan that includes landing on the famous Maboroshi no Shima ‘Phantom Island,’ (Hama Island) a symbolic spot of Ishigaki Island, snorkeling, and a SUP/canoe cruising experience through the mangrove forest of the nationally designated natural monument ‘Miyara River’!” * Phantom Island : (Japanese: 幻の島, Maboroshi no Shima) refers to a small, sandy island that appears and disappears with the tides. It’s not a permanent landmass but a tidal sandbar—usually only visible and accessible during low tide.

Cancellation Policy
If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation 8-10 days before reservation date・・・20% of the original price
Cancellation 2-7 days before the reservation date・・・30% of the original price
Day before the reservation date・・・50% of the original price
On the reservation date・・・100% of the original price
Precautions
※ Important Notes (Please read carefully)
*Pick-up service is available only for accommodations in the southern area of Ishigaki Island. Guests staying in other areas should meet at the main entrance of the Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal.
*We will inform you of your pick-up time on the evening before the tour.
*Meeting and finishing times may vary depending on the season and field conditions on the day. The shop will contact you the day before the tour with details about the meeting point and time.
*Tours are held even in rainy weather. However, if the field conditions are deemed unsafe, the tour may be canceled.
*For the 6:00 AM / 1:30 PM courses, the SUP/canoe experience includes passing through the mangrove river to view the sunrise or sunset.
*Please wear clothing that you don’t mind getting wet before participating.
*Be sure to use the restroom beforehand, as there are no facilities near the activity site.
*Hot showers are available around the Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal. If you wish to use them, please inform your guide.Note: Hot showers are not available after the 1:30 PM course, as it falls outside of operating hours.
*Guests weighing over 100 kg (220 lbs) cannot participate.
*The following individuals are not allowed to participate:
Those with pacemakers
Those with heart disease
Those with respiratory conditions (e.g., asthma)
Those with mental health conditions (e.g., epilepsy, dementia, developmental disorders, panic disorders)
Those with cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases
Those who are intoxicated, hungover, or have consumed alcohol on the day of the tour
Those with physical disabilities
Pregnant individuals
Please note: If any of the above conditions are discovered on the day of the tour, you will not be allowed to participate and no refund will be provided.
