Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel your reservation, the following cancellation or modification fees will apply:
Please note that any bank transfer fees for refunds will be borne by the customer.
- 10 to 8 days before the tour date: 20% of the total price
- 7 to 2 days before the tour date: 30% of the total price
- 1 day before the tour date: 50% of the total price
- On the day of the tour: 100% of the total price
Precautions
Important Notes (Please read carefully)
- Pickup service is available only for accommodations in the Uehara area of Iriomote Island. Guests staying on Ishigaki Island or other areas should meet at Uehara Port.
- Ferry tickets between Ishigaki Island and Iriomote Island are not included. Please arrange your own transportation to Uehara Port.
- Pickup times will be confirmed the evening before the tour.
- The schedule may change depending on weather, tide conditions, and the number of participants.
- The tour operates in rainy weather. However, it may be canceled if conditions are deemed unsafe.
- Please come dressed in clothes that can get wet.
- Please use the restroom before joining, as there are no facilities near the activity area.

The mangrove SUP or canoe location will be selected based on wind direction, tide levels, and crowd conditions on the day.
Please note that the activity may take place in the ocean instead of the mangroves depending on conditions. - Participants over 100 kg are not permitted to join.
- For safety reasons, guests with pacemakers, heart conditions, respiratory illnesses (such as asthma), mental health conditions (including epilepsy, dementia, developmental disorders, panic disorders, etc.), cerebrovascular conditions, those who are hungover or have consumed alcohol on the day, individuals with physical disabilities, and pregnant guests are not permitted to participate.
If any of the above conditions are identified on the day of the tour, participation will be denied and no refund will be issued.
