Cancellation Policy

[Ryukyu Hotel & Resort Nashiro Beach - Specific Cancellation Policy] If you wish to change or cancel your reservation for personal reasons, the following cancellation or amendment fees will apply. Please note that any bank transfer fees incurred for refunds will be borne by the customer.

  • From 18:00, 3 days prior to the day before the scheduled date: 30% of the total fee

  • From 18:00, 2 days prior to the day before the scheduled date: 40% of the total fee

  • From 18:00 on the day before the scheduled date: 50% of the total fee

  • Cancellations made after the meeting time, or failure to show up without prior notice (no-show), will be charged 100% (the full amount) of the total fee.

・ Automated audio guidance is available on board the bus.

・Automated audio guidance is a system that provides local directions only when the bus passes through points designated by GPS. This service is only available on board the bus.

・ A smartphone (iOS/Android compatible) and earphones are required, so please bring your own if you wish to use this service.

・Location information is used to play audio guidance. Please turn on GPS settings.

・As this is a service, there will be no refunds if it is not usable due to a malfunction or other reason.

・The bus will be white with three blue lines and will have "CERULEAN BLUE" written on the body.

  ※The bus may be changed at short notice due to malfunctions, etc. 

・You may have to share a seat. Thank you for your understanding.

・Bus seats will generally be assigned by us. Thank you for your understanding.

【Notice of the tour】
・ The tour may be canceled if the minimum number of 10 participants is not met. This decision will be made two to three days in advance, and you will be contacted if the tour is canceled.
・ The schedule and duration of each tourist attraction may change depending on road conditions on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
・ Lunch is not included; please eat it during your free time at Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium (approximately 150 minutes).
・Smoking is prohibited on the vehicle.
・Eating on the vehicle is prohibited. Thank you for your understanding.
・If you are departing on a plane after the tour, please arrive two hours prior to your flight's departure time. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays due to traffic congestion or other reasons.
・If you are planning to shop at T Galleria, you can disembark and leave the tour there on your way home.
・The tour may be canceled due to bad weather. In the event of a tour cancellation, refunds will be made by bank transfer. Please note that bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
・Please note that there will be no refunds for the difference in price even if you are unable to visit any facilities on the day due to bad weather or other reasons.
