Cancellation Policy

If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation 8-10 days before reservation date・・・20% of the original price
Cancellation 2-7 days before the reservation date・・・30% of the original price
Day before the reservation date・・・50% of the original price
On the reservation date・・・100% of the original price

Precautions

  • Reservations for one person are accepted; however, if the minimum number of participants (2 people) is not met, the tour may be canceled. In such cases, you will be notified by phone or email at least 7 days in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Lunch is not included. You will have free time for lunch at Ishigaki Yaima Village (at your own expense).
  • Guests staying at hotels other than the designated pick-up/drop-off locations are also welcome to join. Please make your own way to the meeting point.
  • If you do not arrive by the meeting time, it will be considered a no-show and the tour will depart without you. Leaving the tour midway is not permitted.
  • The itinerary order may change depending on traffic conditions on the day.
  • The schedule may also be modified due to traffic, weather, or temporary facility closures. If the tour is canceled due to weather or other conditions, you will be notified in advance.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus.
  • Seat selection is not available.
  • If the number of participants is odd, you may be asked to share a seat with another guest.
  • Opening hours of tourist facilities are subject to change.
  • There is no tour conductor; a bus guide will provide information during the tour.
  • Depending on the number of participants, a medium-sized bus, small bus, or hired vehicle may be used.
