Cancellation Policy

If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation 8-10 days before reservation date・・・20% of the original price
Cancellation 2-7 days before the reservation date・・・30% of the original price
Day before the reservation date・・・50% of the original price
On the reservation date・・・100% of the original price

Precautions

  • The tour requires a minimum of 10 participants. If this number is not reached, the tour may be canceled. The decision will be made 2–3 days in advance, and you will be notified in case of cancellation.
  • The itinerary and time spent at each location may change depending on traffic conditions on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Lunch is not included. Please enjoy your meal during the free time at American Village (approximately 100 minutes).
  • The Super Eisa Show at Okinawa World is scheduled from 14:30 to 15:00. Please note that it may not be available depending on traffic conditions.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
  • Eating inside the vehicle is not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
  • If you plan to take a flight after the tour, please allow plenty of time. We cannot be held responsible for missed flights due to traffic delays or other circumstances.
  • The tour may be canceled due to severe weather. In such cases, refunds will be made via bank transfer. Please note that bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
  • No refunds will be issued if certain facilities cannot be visited due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances on the day.
  • Please note that Umikaji Terrace may be skipped due to events or other reasons. In such cases, the stay at American Village and Okinawa World will be extended by approximately 30 minutes each.

    Audio Guidance

    • An automatic audio guidance system is available on the bus.
    • This system provides information only when passing specific points, using GPS. It is available exclusively on board the bus.
    • A smartphone (iOS or Android) and earphones are required. Please bring your own if you wish to use this service.
    • The audio guide uses your device’s location. Please ensure your GPS/location settings are turned on.
    • As this is a complimentary service, no refunds will be provided in case of malfunction or technical issues.

    On the Day of the Tour

    • The bus is white with three blue lines and the name “CERULEAN BLUE” written on the side.
      Please note that the bus may be changed without prior notice due to operational reasons.
    • Seating may be shared with other guests. 
    • Bus seats will generally be assigned by the operator in advance.

      A popular destination for both locals and visitors.
