Cancellation Policy

If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation 8-10 days before reservation date・・・20% of the original price
Cancellation 2-7 days before the reservation date・・・30% of the original price
Day before the reservation date・・・50% of the original price
On the reservation date・・・100% of the original price

※ If the minimum number of participants (10 people) is not reached, the tour may be canceled by the day before the final decision date. In such cases, we will contact you in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

※ Due to equipment size limitations, participants over 120 kg cannot join the snorkeling tour.

※ The underwater photo service is provided as a complimentary gift. We do not accept any claims or complaints regarding the photos.

<For guests arriving by rental car>

If you are coming by rental car, please set your navigation system to “Naha Beachside Hotel.”

Once you arrive at Naha Beachside Hotel, continue straight along the road and you will reach the entrance of Miegusuku Port.

Enter the parking gate and proceed to the far right side, where you will find a white, triangle-roof waiting area outside.

※ Parking fee: 700 yen per vehicle.

【Information & Important Notices on the Day】

・Please provide the full names of all participants, along with gender, age, height, weight, shoe size, and whether a prescription mask is required at the time of booking.

・Life jackets must be worn during the tour.

・No landing on the islands.

・Please wear your swimsuit under your clothes in advance and bring a change of clothes and a bath towel.

・Alcohol consumption on board is prohibited, and bringing alcoholic beverages is not allowed.

・For safety reasons, children under 5 years old and adults aged 60 and over are not permitted to participate. (For diving, participants must also be 10–59 years old.)

・Guests with cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disorders, hangovers, or those who have consumed alcohol on the day are not permitted to participate. Depending on your health condition on the day, participation may also be denied. If you fail the medical check on the day, participation will be refused and no refund will be issued.

・We provide prescription underwater masks for guests with myopia. Please request this at the time of booking. However, availability is limited, and we may not be able to match your exact prescription. We strongly recommend using disposable contact lenses that you can safely use even if lost in the sea.

・Please refrain from loud conversations, playing music at high volume on speakers, or any behavior that may disturb other guests.

・Minors must submit a consent form signed by a parent or guardian.

・Depending on weather and sea conditions, the number of snorkeling spots (up to 3) may be reduced, or the route may be changed or the tour canceled for safety reasons. No refunds will be issued if fewer spots are visited or if the route is changed. If the tour is canceled, a full refund will be provided.

・Sea turtles are wild animals, so sightings cannot be guaranteed.

・Please make sure to read the travel conditions document before booking.

Customers are responsible for managing their baggage and valuables. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the loss or theft of valuables. Please avoid bringing large amounts of cash and valuables to the tour as much as possible.
