Cancellation Policy

If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation 8-10 days before reservation date・・・20% of the original price
Cancellation 2-7 days before the reservation date・・・30% of the original price
Day before the reservation date・・・50% of the original price
On the reservation date・・・100% of the original price

Precautions

【Important Information & Important Notes for the Day of the Tour】

・If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour may be canceled. A decision will generally be made by the day before the tour.

・The Glass-Bottom Boat Plan requires a minimum of 5 participants. If there are only 1–4 participants, the plan will be canceled.

・Please bring your swimsuit, change of clothes, bath towel, sandals, and any other items you may need for the beach.

・Due to limited capacity on the boat and local shuttle buses between Zamami Port and the beaches, large luggage such as suitcases cannot be brought on the tour.

・For safety reasons, guests aged 66 and over cannot participate.

・Getting on and off the boat requires stepping between the pier and the boat. For safety reasons, guests who have difficulty with their legs, knees, or lower back, or who are not confident with this movement, are asked not to participate.

・Guests with cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, high blood pressure, middle ear infections, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disease, or who are pregnant cannot participate. Guests who are hungover or have consumed alcohol on the day of the tour are also not permitted to participate. Depending on your health condition on the day, you may also be refused participation. Please understand this in advance.

・Swimming is generally at your own risk. For your safety, please swim only within designated areas supervised by lifeguards. A life jacket must always be worn when snorkeling.

・A life jacket is also required when swimming or snorkeling while wearing fins.

・Participants under 18 years old must have a consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian.

・Depending on the weather and sea conditions, arrival at Zamami Island may be delayed and the amount of free time on the island may be shortened. In such cases, we are unable to offer refunds or other compensation. Please understand this in advance.

・The tour may be canceled due to poor sea conditions or bad weather. If the tour is canceled, we will contact you as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, the tour fee will be refunded by bank transfer, with only the bank transfer fee deducted. Please understand that the refund may take some time to process.

・The return journey may be delayed depending on conditions. If you are taking a flight after the tour, please allow plenty of extra time when making your travel arrangements. We cannot be held responsible if you miss your flight due to a delay.

・This is a day trip. Please do not plan to use the return Boat on a different date from the tour date.

・For the shuttle vehicle on Zamami Island, infants will not have their own seats and must ride on a parent's lap. There is no dedicated space for luggage, so large items such as coolers/ice boxes cannot be brought on the shuttle.

・Please be sure to read the Terms and Conditions of Travel before making your reservation.

Customers are responsible for managing their baggage and valuables. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the loss or theft of valuables. Please avoid bringing large amounts of cash and valuables to the tour as much as possible.
