Cancellation Policy

If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation 8-10 days before reservation date・・・20% of the original price
Cancellation 2-7 days before the reservation date・・・30% of the original price
Day before the reservation date・・・50% of the original price
On the reservation date・・・100% of the original price

Precautions

※ Important Notes (Please Read Carefully)

・Pick-up service is available only for accommodations in the southern area of Ishigaki Island.
　Guests staying outside this area must meet at the main entrance of the Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal.

・For hotel pick-up, we will inform you of the pick-up time on the evening of the day before the tour.

・If you choose to meet on-site, please note that the meeting point is not Kabira Bay, but Jellyfish (near Yonehara Beach).

・For on-site meeting, an additional parking fee (¥300) will be charged.

・Meeting and finishing times may vary depending on the season and field conditions on the day.

・Tours are held even in the rain. However, they may be canceled if safety in the field cannot be guaranteed.

・Please change into clothes you don’t mind getting wet before joining the tour.

・Please use the restroom in advance, as there are no restroom facilities near the site.

・Hot showers are available near the Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal.
　If you would like to use one, please inform your guide.

・Participants weighing over 100 kg cannot join the tour.

・The following individuals may not participate:
　Those with pacemakers, heart conditions, respiratory issues (such as asthma), mental health conditions (such as epilepsy, dementia, developmental disorders, panic disorders, etc.), cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, those who are intoxicated or hungover on the day, those with physical disabilities, and pregnant individuals.
　Please note: If any of these conditions are identified on the day of the tour, participation will be denied and no refund will be issued.

Remarks, others

“Pickup is available only for hotels in the southern area of Ishigaki Island. Guests staying elsewhere must meet at the Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal main entrance.

The on-site meeting location is not Kabira Bay, but Jellyfish (near Maehara Beach)
