Cancellation Policy
If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation 8-10 days before reservation date・・・20% of the original price
Cancellation 2-7 days before the reservation date・・・30% of the original price
Day before the reservation date・・・50% of the original price
On the reservation date・・・100% of the original price
Precautions
Information for the Day of the Tour
-
Please wear your swimsuit in advance and bring a bath towel and water-friendly shoes. After the tour, paid showers are available at the port.
-
If you are coming by rental car, please set your car navigation to Naha Beachside Hotel.
Once you reach the hotel, continue straight along the road until you reach the Miegusuku Port entrance.
Enter the parking gate and proceed to the waiting area with the white triangular roof located at the far right side. -
Parking inside the port is available for ¥500 for the entire day.
Important Notes

Wearing a life jacket is mandatory.

There will be no landing on the islands.

For safety reasons, guests aged 60 and over are not allowed to participate.

Guests with cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, middle ear infections, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disorders, hangovers, those who have consumed alcohol on the day of the tour, or pregnant women are not permitted to participate.
Participation may also be denied depending on your physical condition on the day of the tour. -
Prescription snorkeling masks for nearsighted guests are available. Please request one at the time of booking.
However, quantities are limited and the available lenses may not match your exact prescription. For this reason, we recommend bringing disposable contact lenses.
Rental of a prescription mask costs ¥550 (payable on site). -
Minors must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian.

Depending on weather and sea conditions, it may not be possible to visit all three snorkeling/diving points, and the locations may be changed or the tour may be canceled for safety reasons.
No refunds will be issued if fewer than three points are visited or if the locations are changed.
If the tour is canceled, the refund will be made by bank transfer, and the bank transfer fee will be the customer's responsibility. -
For non-Japanese guests, reservations are accepted only if the participant can understand Japanese.

Snorkeling Tour

Snorkeling is available for elementary school students and above.
-
Snorkeling is generally self-guided, although an instructor may accompany and guide participants when necessary.
Diving Tour
-
For guests joining the diving tour, free hotel pickup within Naha City is available.
The pickup time will be confirmed by phone the evening before the tour.
Please note that pickup may not be available if the vehicle is full. -
Introductory diving is available for guests aged 10 and above.

Additional dives are available for ¥6,000 per dive, and can also be added on the day of the tour.

Due to pressure changes, you cannot board a flight on the same day after diving.
-
Sea turtles are wild animals, and sightings cannot be guaranteed.
