Cancellation Policy
If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.

-Limited Pickup Service:
Pickup is available only for accommodations in the Uehara area of Iriomote Island.
Guests staying in Ishigaki Island or other areas must gather at Uehara Port on Iriomote Island.
- Ferry Fare Not Included:
The tour price does not include the ferry fare between Ishigaki Island ⇔ Iriomote Island.
Please arrange your own transportation to Uehara Port.
- Pickup Time Notification: The exact pickup time will be provided the evening before the tour.
- Schedule Changes: The schedule may vary depending on weather conditions, tide levels, and the number of participants.
- Rain or Shine: The tour will operate in rainy weather. However, it may be canceled if the field is deemed unsafe.
- Clothing: Please wear attire suitable for getting wet before joining the tour.
- Restroom: Use the restroom before the tour. There are no restroom facilities near the site.
- Sea Turtle Sightings: Although there is a chance to encounter sea turtles, they are wild animals, and sightings are not guaranteed.
- Mandatory Life Jackets: To prioritize safety, all participants must wear a life jacket throughout the tour.
Removing your life jacket during the tour is not allowed.
- Participation Restrictions: The following individuals cannot participate:
Those with a pacemaker or heart disease.
Individuals with respiratory conditions (e.g., asthma).
Those with mental health conditions (e.g., epilepsy, dementia, developmental disorders, panic disorder).
Individuals with cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases.
People experiencing a hangover or who have consumed alcohol on the day of the tour.
People with physical disabilities.
Pregnant person.
If any of these conditions are discovered on the day of the tour, participation will be denied with no refund.
