Safe and Stable Canoes!
Canoes are very stable watercraft. As long as you follow basic instructions, capsizing is extremely rare. You’re unlikely to fall into the river or get soaked accidentally.

※ Pick-up is available only for accommodations in southern Ishigaki Island.
Guests staying in other areas should meet at the front entrance of the Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal.
※ The 6:00 AM / 5:00 PM courses include paddling through the mangrove river to view the sunrise or sunset.

Cancellation Policy
If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation 8-10 days before reservation date・・・20% of the original price
Cancellation 2-7 days before the reservation date・・・30% of the original price
Day before the reservation date・・・50% of the original price
On the reservation date・・・100% of the original price
Precautions
※Important Notes (Please Read Carefully)
・Pick-up service is available only for accommodations in the southern area of Ishigaki Island. Guests staying in other areas must meet at the main entrance of Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal.
・Pick-up times will be communicated to you on the evening of the day before the tour.
・Meeting and ending times may vary depending on the season and field conditions on the day. The shop will contact you the day before the tour regarding meeting point and time.
・The tour will proceed even in rainy weather. However, it may be canceled if the field is deemed unsafe.
・The 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM canoe tours go through the mangrove river and include sunrise or sunset viewing. (In case of bad weather, a regular mangrove canoe tour will be held instead.)
・Please change into clothes that you don’t mind getting wet before participating.
・Please use the restroom beforehand, as there are no restrooms near the site.
・Hot showers are available near the Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal. If you wish to use them, please inform your guide.
Note: The hot showers are not available for the 5:00 PM course as it falls outside of operating hours.
・The following individuals may not participate:
Those with pacemakers, heart conditions, respiratory issues (such as asthma), mental health conditions (such as epilepsy, dementia, developmental disorders, panic disorders, etc.), cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, those who are intoxicated or hungover, those with physical disabilities, and pregnant individuals.
Please note that if any of these conditions are discovered on the day of the tour, participation will be denied and no refund will be issued.
Remarks, others
Shuttle service is available only for accommodations in the southern part of Ishigaki Island (those staying in other areas should meet at the front entrance of Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal).
