Cancellation Policy
If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation 8-10 days before reservation date・・・20% of the original price

Precautions
Important Notes (Please Read Carefully):
-Free pick-up is available for accommodations located in the southern area of Ishigaki Island.
For guests staying in other areas, please meet at the main entrance of Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal.
-Your exact pickup time will be informed the evening before your tour.
-The schedule may vary depending on the weather, tide level, and number of participants on the day.
-Tours are conducted even in rainy weather. However, if the field conditions are deemed unsafe, the tour may be canceled.
-Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet before joining the tour.
-Be sure to use the restroom in advance as there are no restrooms near the activity site.
-The Mangrove SUP or Canoe tour location will be chosen based on the day’s wind direction, tide level, and crowd conditions to ensure the best experience. it may take place in the ocean instead of the mangroves.
-The following individuals cannot join the tour:
Participants over 100 kg (220 lbs) cannot join the tour.
Those with pacemakers, heart conditions, respiratory disorders (such as asthma), mental disorders (such as epilepsy, dementia, developmental disorders, panic disorders), vascular or brain disorders, under the influence of alcohol,
Those with hungover, or with physical disabilities
Pregnant women
If any of these are discovered on the day of the tour, you will be refused participation and no refund will be given.
